Refund policy
At TheChudi, we believe shopping should be worry-free. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.
1. You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility and availability.
2. For any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images and the mandatory unboxing video.
3. Prepaid order refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
COD order refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.
4. Items purchased during special sales, combo offers, or clearance events are not eligible for returns, unless received damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.
5. To keep returns fair for everyone, a reverse shipping fee (up to ₹100) may be deducted in cases of excessive or repeated returns.
6. For hygiene and quality reasons, innerwear, accessories, blouse pieces, and dupatta items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
7. All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to verification and approval by our quality team.
